BEFORE THE WORK BEGINS
Clarity at the outset.
Good work begins with shared expectations. The essentials are gathered here so the first conversation can focus on what matters.
01 THE ENGAGEMENT
What kind of work does klimehouse take on?
klimehouse supports people and growing businesses across strategy, operations, digital presence, and creative direction. Each engagement is shaped around the circumstances—not limited to a fixed menu of services.
02
How are projects structured?
Work may be arranged as a defined project, an hourly engagement, ongoing support, or a considered combination of remote and onsite assistance. The right structure is established during the initial conversation.
03
How is the pricing determined?
Pricing reflects the scope, complexity, timeline, and level of support involved. Before work begins, you will receive a clear outline of the proposed engagement and its terms.
04 THE WORK
What is included in the project scope?
The agreement identifies the work, deliverables, timing, communication rhythm, and revision allowance. Requests beyond that scope are discussed before any additional work or fee is introduced.
05
Is ongoing support available?
Yes. Ongoing operational, website, marketing, or administrative support may be available when continuity would serve the work. Frequency and terms are tailored to the engagement.
06
Do you work remotely and onsite?
Both may be available. When work requires travel, mileage, accommodations, or other approved expenses outside the standard service area, those details are disclosed in advance.
07 THE TERMS
When does work begin?
Work begins after the scope, schedule, and payment terms are confirmed. Depending on the engagement, payment or a deposit may be required before the project is placed on the calendar.
08
What happens if a project is canceled?
Completed work and services already provided are nonrefundable. Requests made before work begins are reviewed according to the agreement and the circumstances of the engagement.
